MY Bharat Launches Phase-2 of Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect in Delhi

The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports launched Phase-2 of the Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme (VBYCP) in Delhi on 9 March 2026. This follows the success of Phase-1 in 2025, which engaged nearly 20,000 youth across 274 universities in 22 states and UTs. The programme features interactions with Youth Icons, including winners of Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue and Youth Parliament. Yuva Samvad sessions allow students to share ideas on Atmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat. MY Bharat registration stalls promote volunteering. The initiative aims to foster Jan Bhagidari and connect youth with Viksit Bharat@2047 vision.[1]

Ministry of Panchayati Raj launched "Say No to Proxy Sarpanch" digital campaign with TVF to end Sarpanch Pati practice, where husbands control elected women sarpanches.
