Worth knowing: Only the referrer earns days. The ₹1 trial does not count as a first payment — the referral credits when a genuine paid charge lands.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancelling. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your profile. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not cut short the period you have already paid for, so your access continues to the end date shown on your subscription.
The ₹1 trial. The trial is a real charge, not a hold. Cancel before the trial day ends and you will not be billed the monthly amount.
Payments through Apple. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple. Cancellations and refunds for those go through your Apple ID subscription settings rather than through us.
Something went wrong? If a payment was taken but your subscription did not activate, open the app — it reconciles automatically against the payment gateway. If it still looks wrong, contact support@jobsafal.com.
