1. Who we are

Current Affairs by JobSafal (the "Service") is provided by BeWorld Web Services Private Limited, 8-2-310/A/18/B, Road No. 14, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the Android app, the iPhone app and this website.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for everything done through your account.

Give us accurate information when you register. You may ask us to delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to us.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Reading current affairs, the daily quiz and previous year question papers requires a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. On Android and the web, payment is taken through Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card). In the iPhone app, payment is taken by Apple and governed by Apple’s terms.

Eligible new users on Android and the web may be offered a one-day trial of the monthly plan for ₹1. The trial is a real charge. Unless you cancel before it ends, the monthly plan begins and is charged at the regular price. The trial is offered once per account, and we decide eligibility from your subscription history.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to your subscription.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and does not shorten the period you have already paid for; your access continues until its end date.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a payment was taken in error. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple.

5. Referrals

Each account has a referral code. When someone signs up with your code and makes their first paid subscription payment (not the ₹1 trial), 7 days of premium access are added to your subscription. The person you refer does not receive a separate reward. We may withhold or reverse referral credit that results from misuse, such as self-referral or duplicate accounts.

6. Our content

Articles, summaries, questions, explanations and other material in the Service belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own exam preparation.

You may not copy, resell, republish or redistribute our content, share your account, or scrape or automatically download the Service.

We prepare content carefully for exam preparation, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or free of errors. Always check official notifications from the relevant exam body.

Current Affairs by JobSafal is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, any State Public Service Commission or any government body.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by message before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
