NEET-UG 2026 exam cancelled after widespread paper leak allegations

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for undergraduate medical courses (NEET-UG) 2026 has been cancelled nationwide following serious allegations of a question paper leak. Police in Rajasthan reportedly recovered sets of questions, with over 100–120 of 410 questions matching the actual exam paper. The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced that the test “cannot be held anymore” in its present form and would be rescheduled.
