NTA denies NEET UG 2026 re-exam paper leak allegations, warns of action against rumour-mongers

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has formally rejected social media claims that the NEET UG 2026 re-exam paper was leaked before the test. It termed the allegations “baseless and misleading” and said they were aimed at disturbing students and parents’ confidence in the process.[5] The agency warned that it would initiate legal action against those spreading false information and asserted that strict security protocols were followed. The re-exam was held for a limited set of candidates after earlier controversies around grace marks and alleged irregularities.
